Fortify Funding ("Fortify," "we," "us," or "our") arranges business financing through a network of third-party funding partners. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website and through the application and communication process that follows.

Information you provide
- Contact details — your name, business name, email address, and phone number.
- Business and financial information — details about your business such as time in business, industry, monthly revenue, amount of funding requested, and, during the application process, business bank statements and related financial documents.
- Communications — information contained in messages, emails, or calls between you and us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from third parties
- Information from our funding partners and from service providers that help us verify or process applications.
03How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Evaluate your funding request and match it with potential funding partners;
- Contact you about your request and about financing options, by phone, text, and email;
- Communicate with funding partners on your behalf during the application process;
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services;
- Detect and prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
04Calls and text messages (SMS)
When you submit our form and check the consent box, you provide your express written consent to receive calls and text messages from Fortify Funding at the phone number you provided, including through automated technology, regarding business financing. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of receiving financing or of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask to stop calls at any time by telling us during a call or by contacting us using the details below. Opting out of marketing messages will not stop transactional messages necessary to service an active application.
We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share mobile opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing.
05How we share your information
We share your information in the following circumstances:
- Funding partners. To arrange financing, we share your application information with third-party funding partners who may review it to make you an offer. Those partners handle your information under their own privacy policies.
- Service providers. With vendors who perform services for us, such as form processing, hosting, and analytics, under obligations to protect your information.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fortify, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
06Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and measure the performance of our advertising.
